Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys were amazing! After calling five different "24-Hour Emergency" plumbing services and being told they were fully booked until February, I contacted Coastal Rooter. An immediate response came from someone who inquired about my issue—a broken pipe on my water heater—and requested a picture. Within minutes, they said a technician would be on their way. Although I forgot their names, two professionals arrived, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it in less than an hour. They were courteous, explained each step, and offered fair pricing. Thank you so much! Your excellent service has earned my strong recommendation to everyone I know.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Max and Damariz were very professional and thorough with their work. They carefully checked the plumbing issue and offered me different solutions at various price points. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything clearly so I could make the best choice. In the end, I decided to go with the long-term solution they recommended, and I feel confident with that decision. I’m so glad I found this plumbing company—the team is professional, communicative, and polite. Thank you, Max and Damariz
